Bastian Kordyaka ist Postdoktorand der Arbeitsgruppe Arbeit und Gesundheit am Institut für Psychologie I der Universität zu Lübeck. Innerhalb der Schnittmenge zwischen psychologischen und wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen beschäftigt er sich in seiner Forschung mit dem Erleben und Verhalten von Individuen in Kontexten digitaler Arbeit (u.a. Flow-Erleben, Gesundheit und Produktivität). Weiterhin forscht er zu verschiedenen Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit neuartigen Videospielen (u.a. Player Experience, eSports, Gamification). Zudem ist er Gründungsmitglied des eSports Research Networks.
